How can I make an appointment?
Please note our prices shown on our website do not include tax. This will be added at the time of check out.
You will receive a confirmation email from our online booking software (Acuity Scheduling). In addition, you will receive reminder emails 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations and rescheduling of your appointment can be made by you through your booking on-line or using the link at the bottom of your email confirmation.
– Rest assured knowing you are in safe hands. Relax and enjoy your service.
– We will be wearing the recommended PPE (personal protective equipment) and you will be asked to wear a mask prior to your service commencing, and a face shield or goggles.
– A barrier will be in place between the two pedicure chairs for extra protection.
– Before, during and at the end of your service, you can expect Cindy and Marjanna to perform their 20-second handwashing procedure. Hand washing/drying and hand sanitation options will be available for our clients during their visit.
– When your service is complete, we will process your payment using The Square. After swiping your Visa or Mastercard credit card we will disinfect your credit card before you place it back in your ziplock bag. American Express is not accepted and debit is not available. Cash and e-transfer is accepted. We will then remove your face shield/goggles. Still continue to wear your mask. Hand sanitizer before guiding you out of the office towards the elevator.
– This is when full sanitization and disinfection of our workspace and office happens, in preparation for our next client. We allow a minimum of 30 minutes between clients to clean.
– Note: Should a blanket be required for your comfort please know we will have a blanket for you. One freshly cleaned blanket for each client.
– We ask that you do not pay in cash during this time. If you would like to tip, there is an option available through The Square Payment. Tipping is optional.
– The Square will email you a receipt. A paper copy will not be provided.
– If browsing our retail area within our office, ask for assistance from Cindy or Marjanna. Please refrain from picking up products, unless you are certain you are going to purchase it. We have many products to showcase for you! See our Products List.
